Irving Meza

Irving was born and raised in Oregon to parents originally from Guadalajara, Jalisco Mexico. At just three months old, he made his first visit to Guadalajara and has continued to return nearly every year since. Irving graduated from Portland State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a minor in Business. He is passionate about climate change awareness, social justice, and the pursuit of knowledge. In his free time, Irving enjoys spending time with his friends and family, traveling, trying new foods, hiking, and playing with his Golden Retriever Winston.

Irving has always hoped to make a positive impact in his community. During uncertain times, like in the political climate our country faces today, he strives to inspire others to look beyond differences and to let compassion and empathy guide their actions.
