Q: How do I make an appointment for a consultation?
A: Please call us at (503) 206-8414. We will ask you some questions about your case, and set up an appointment for you. You can also request an appointment through the “Contact Us” page.
Q: How much is the consultation?
A: The consultation fee is $100. If you choose to open your case with our office within 30 days of your consultation, the consultation fee will be applied toward your case opening fee.
Q: What types of cases do you take?
A: We focus on immigration cases only. Click on the “Legal Services” page to learn more about the types of things we can help you with.
Q: What do I bring to my consultation?
A: Please bring identification and any immigration or criminal records you have for you and your family.
Q: Can I bring my children to my consultation?
A: We care about you and your family members. Children are always welcome in our office. However, your immigration case is very important, so if you do not think you will be able to concentrate or focus at the appointment with your children present, it would be a good idea to make other arrangements for them.
Q: How much do you charge?
A: We charge fixed fees. This means you will know exactly how much the process will cost with no hidden fees. At the end of your consultation, we will outline the fee for your case.
Q: Do you have payment plans?
A: We do offer flexible payment plans.
Q: When are you open?
A: We are open Monday through Friday from 9:00am to 5:00pm. We are closed on the weekends and most federal holidays.
