Administrative Assistant / Receptionist
Ana Lopez
Ana is deeply committed to public service, dedicating her career to supporting underserved communities—especially the Hispanic community. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Criminology and Criminal Justice and a master’s degree in Criminal Justice Administration, both from Chaminade University of Honolulu.
With professional experience in federal agencies such as the Social Security Administration and the Veterans Benefits Administration, Ana brings a strong foundation in public programs that make a real difference in people’s lives.
Ana’s passion for helping others is rooted in her own story. At the age of five, she immigrated to the United States with her parents, fleeing the civil war in El Salvador. Her lived experience gives her a profound understanding of opportunity, resilience, and the value of community support.
Outside of work, Ana enjoys spending time with her spouse and child. A lifelong learner, she is now pursuing a new path in the legal field—working toward becoming a paralegal so she can continue serving her community through advocacy and legal support.
