Jazmin Morales

Jazmin was born and raised in Salem, Oregon, with strong ties in her roots in Tlaxcala, Mexico. She earned a degree in Public Policy Analysis and Chicanx-Latinx Studies from Pomona College. Her work with student organizations, along with her internship at a non-profit law firm, allowed her to delve into the legal field and strengthen her commitment to immigrant justice.

Personally impacted by U.S. immigration laws from a young age, Jazmin is passionate about advancing equity for immigrant and farmworker communities. Her family’s journey has shaped her unwavering commitment to advocating for immigrant rights and access to justice.

Jazmin aspires to become a paralegal and continue her education in law school. She hopes to one day practice immigration law and help shape more humane immigration policy at the national level.

In her free time, Jazmin enjoys reading at the beach and spending quality time with her friends and family.
