Silvia Aguilera

Silvia Aguilera was born in Jalisco, Mexico, and raised in the United States. With deep family roots on both sides of the border, she brings a personal understanding of the challenges, resilience, and sacrifices many immigrant families experience. This lived experience has inspired her strong commitment to supporting and advocating for the community she serves.

Outside of work, Silvia enjoys spending quality time with her family, exploring Oregon’s natural beauty, and expressing her creativity through art and cooking. She especially loves visiting her family in Talpa de Allende, Jalisco, and is excited to continue exploring all parts of Mexico. Silvia is passionate about continuing to grow professionally while making a meaningful difference in the lives of those she works with.
