Deportation
A deportation or removal proceeding is a series of hearings or trials in front of an immigration judge to determine if a person has the right to remain in the United States. Deportation can be very stressful to a person and his or her family.
Our office has handled many deportation cases in immigration court. We can help you to determine the best strategy to remain in the United States. We will prepare all of the applications, documentation, and supporting evidence for the judge. We will also work with you so that you are ready for your final hearing in front of the judge. If the judge denies your case, we can help you to file an appeal of the judge’s decision to a higher court.
