Es miembro de la Asociaci\u00f3n de Abogados de Inmigraci\u00f3n (AILA).<\/p>\n<p>Claire se mud\u00f3 a Oregon en el 2020 con su familia. Trabajaba en Servicios y Consejer\u00eda de Inmigraci\u00f3n (ICS) como Abogada supervisora del Programa de los Ni\u00f1os No Acompa\u00f1ados por un a\u00f1o y medio antes de unirse a Vanderwall Immigration.<\/p>\n<p>Antes de trabajar en Oregon, Claire practicaba como abogada de inmigraci\u00f3n en la \u00c1rea de la Bah\u00eda, trabajando primeramente en organizaciones sin fines de lucro donde ella se especializo en la visa U, defensa de deportaci\u00f3n, y trabajando con ni\u00f1os no acompa\u00f1ados.<\/p>\n<p>Claire creci\u00f3 en Hanover, Pensilvania y asisti\u00f3 a la universidad en Haverford College en las afueras de Philadelphia. Se gradu\u00f3 con una licenciatura en Artes, con especializaci\u00f3n en Ciencias Pol\u00edticas y con especializaci\u00f3n en espa\u00f1ol. Pas\u00f3 un semestre estudiando en Xalapa, Veracruz, donde aprendi\u00f3 espa\u00f1ol. Despu\u00e9s de graduarse, trabaj\u00f3 como asistente legal en el \u00e1rea de derecho laboral, del consumidor y de vivienda. Debido a que la mayor\u00eda de los clientes con los que trabajaba eran indocumentados, se dio cuenta de que a menudo sus clientes sent\u00edan que ten\u00edan que tomar una decisi\u00f3n entre hacer valer sus derechos y ser deportados o permanecer en las sombras.
