Decidi\u00f3 hacer realidad su sue\u00f1o y, tras graduarse como Licenciada en Derecho en la Universidad de Par\u00eds X, viaj\u00f3 a California para aprender ingl\u00e9s. La primera vez que Lucie estuvo en Estados Unidos solo reforz\u00f3 su objetivo de establecerse en los Estados Unidos alg\u00fan d\u00eda. Al regresar a Francia, continu\u00f3 aprendiendo ingl\u00e9s para asegurarse de poder ejercer la abogac\u00eda en Estados Unidos. Lucie se gradu\u00f3 con honores con una Maestr\u00eda en Derecho Internacional y Europeo del Instituto Cat\u00f3lico de Par\u00eds y una Maestr\u00eda en Derecho de la Universidad de Denver, CO. Aprob\u00f3 con \u00e9xito el examen de Abogados de Nueva York y comenz\u00f3 su carrera en Derecho de Inmigraci\u00f3n en Chicago, Illinois. A lo largo de sus estudios en todo el mundo y su experiencia laboral en Chicago, Illinois, se dio cuenta de la importancia de la diversidad. Como inmigrante, Lucie reconoce y valora las necesidades de los inmigrantes y est\u00e1 ansiosa por contribuir al servicio que Vanderwall Immigration les brinda.
