“The first thing I did when I left the US immigration office was to look for the lawyer that was recommended to me. I made an appointment, and the next day we were with the lawyer’s office. It was not a high price, it was a fair price to have your legal status fixed. It was a great relief, and we are thankful to this office because they did everything they could and put in all their effort to help us. It gives you great peace to be in good hands and you are able to tell yourself that “yes, we can do it”. You just have to go to the correct person.”

“It was very difficult for me because I was living in the shadows. I always held the hope that one day I would be able to do it. After 23 years, that day finally came for me. Thank you to the lawyer! Thank you to their service! I am now a resident!”

“I don’t have much so I was looking for an affordable attorney to help me. I came to Vanderwall Immigration and the price was right so I said “Let’s do it”! Their team is great!”

“Vanderwall immigration is the law firm with experience in immigration for the Latin community. This is what our clients say about us on Google and Facebook.”

Erika Rodriguez

Erika, born and raised in Oregon, hails from a Mexican heritage. While she was born in the United States, Spanish was her primary language during her early years. Erika encountered academic challenges in elementary school due to the language barrier, leading her to attend ESL classes to master English. Despite the difficulties, she successfully graduated from ESL before progressing to middle school, marking one of her many accomplishments.

Her lifelong residence in Oregon has fostered a deep appreciation for its rainy climate, which, in her view, offers the finest weather. Erika possesses a strong passion for assisting those in need, firmly believing in the importance of mutual support during both favorable and challenging times. She recognizes that everyone requires assistance at some point in their life’s journey.

Beyond her professional life, Erika treasures moments spent with her family, friends, and beloved daughter. Her daughter serves as her greatest source of motivation, shaping her into the person she has become. Erika’s interests extend to the art of humor, forging new friendships, and embarking on explorations across the diverse landscapes of Oregon.

She holds the conviction that every obstacle and hardship encountered in life ultimately leads to a rewarding outcome, provided one maintains patience, makes necessary sacrifices, and conquers the hurdles.
